PURPOSE: A rotary triangular cleaner of a return belt is provided to enhance facility efficiency and conveyance efficiency and to prevent an accident by removing the foreign matters stuck to the upper portion of a return belt and fallen materials and avoiding the breakage of the belt. CONSTITUTION: A rotary triangular cleaner of a return belt comprises semicircular cleaner supports(200,210) having incised units formed on the upper end of a triangular cleaner(100), a guide ring(300) installed in the incised portion of a fallen material discharge hole, a spring base(30) integrated with a shaft combined with a bearing(20), a bearing(90) combined to a shaft attached to a gear(70) integrated with a shock absorber pipe(60), and a motor(500) combined with a gear(70') connected with the gear via a chain(400) and interlocked with a return belt. The cleaner removes the foreign matters on the return belt by the compressive force of the spring and the rotational force. The removed foreign matters and fallen materials are discharged through the fallen material discharge hole.
