PURPOSE: A laminate type secondary heat exchanger of air conditioning system of automobile is provided to simplify assembly process, to reduce manufacturing cost and to improve air-tightness and durability. CONSTITUTION: High pressure refrigerant discharged from a condenser and low pressure refrigerant discharged from an evaporator flow into a high pressure refrigerant inflow chamber(61) and a low pressure refrigerant inflow chamber(64), respectively. The high pressure refrigerant and the low pressure refrigerant pass a high pressure passage and a low pressure passage formed between plates facing each other with high pressure surfaces and between plates facing each other with low pressure surfaces and arranged alternatingly with each other with the plates interposed, respectively. The high pressure refrigerant and the low pressure refrigerant flow into a throttling device and a compressor through a high pressure refrigerant discharge chamber(63) and a low pressure refrigerant discharge chamber(66), respectively. The high pressure refrigerant and the low pressure refrigerant exchange heat with each other flowing through the high pressure passage and the low pressure passage.
