PURPOSE: Provided is a fence able to be easily assembled in building fields and to control slopes and refraction directions in any place including flatland, and/or inclined or bent location without a welding process, and to ensure beautiful appearance of the same. CONSTITUTION: The fence comprises a plurality of support rods(1), a plurality of vertical columns(2) spaced between the rods and from ground; and joint assemblies to connect the support rods(1) and the columns(2) as well as the respective columns(2) one another and to control adjacent columns(2) in longitudinal and perpendicular directions. The fence includes a plate of holder(3) to couple and support a set of three columns; and a coupling component such as a bolt(4) and a nut(5) passing through the columns and the holder. The support rod(1) has a coupling hole(100) matched with an elongated hole(310) formed in an arm portion(3b) of the holder(3).
