PURPOSE: A blinder is provided to block sun light illuminated into a room through such as ceiling window, wall window, inclined window or horizontal window and to be automatically opened and closed by power of motor to result in a convenient usage in different buildings. CONSTITUTION: The blinder comprises a blinder framework(10); a frame(20) secured inside the framework(10) along length thereof; supports(30) connected with an inclined connection section at one side and having a hinge axis at one end of the section; a blinder stand(40) arranged with the supports(30), having axial cavity at center of the stand for coupling with the hinge axis to pivotally rotate a supporting point, having an axial pin at lower potion of the stand; a turnover(90) mounted inside the frame(20) by a bracket and activating forward and reverse revolutions; and a transmission bar(60) connected to an axial pin of the turnover(90) by a link to move forward and backward and jointed with the stand(40) at equal distances to open and close a louver(50).
