PURPOSE: A multi-way adaptor and an electronic system having the adaptor are provided to efficiently use electronic systems by selectively supplying power to the systems or blocking the supply of power. CONSTITUTION: A multi-way adaptor includes a power input port(2) for receiving power voltage, at least one main socket(14) serially connected to the power input port, a switch circuit(22) that is serially connected to the main socket and operates in response to an external status signal, and a plurality of sub sockets(28,30,32,34) commonly connected to the switch circuit. Supply of power voltage to the sub sockets is selectively controlled by the switching operation of the switch circuit irrespective of the main socket.
