PURPOSE: An F2C electronic commercial transacting system for selling a commodity is provided to constitute commodity information in a federation company in accordance with a demand of a consumer and supply the commodity information to the consumer by prescribing a standard information expression method between suppliers in the federation company without changing an inherent database schema of each company. CONSTITUTION: An XML-RPC(Remote Procedure Call) request message is broadcasted to other provider concluded to 'a' provider in a federation company(S1). A messaging server of other provider receives and interprets the request message and operates a procedure of an application server(S2) and makes the application server extract commodity information in a commodity database. The application server performs a conversion into an XML document for returning the extracted commodity information(S3). An XML-RPC response message having the XML document created by the application server as a payload is constituted by the messaging server and returned to the 'a' provider(S4). The returned response message is interpreted by the messaging server of the 'a' provider, a portion corresponded to the XML document created by an application server of 'b' provider out of the payload portion of the message is transmitted by the application server(S5). The application server checks whether the document is a valid document. If the document is a valid document, the document is stored in the database(S6). Commodity information of the 'b' provider is reconstituted through the application server based on an intention of the 'a' provider(S7) and displayed to a consumer through a web server(S8). Each element is formatted variously by applying an XSL(XML Style sheet Language) or a CSS(Cascading Style Sheet language) prepared by the 'a' provider and supplied to the consumer(S9).
