POROUS BIO IMPLANT MATERIAL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A porous bio implant material and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve a unifying force between the bone of a user and a bio implant by making the bone to be grown through pores uniformly formed in the bio implant. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method for the porous bio implant material comprises the steps of: applying a mixture of bead particles composed of Ti only or containing Ti as a main component and a binder as a solvent composed of Si only or containing Si as a main component to an implant material composed of Ti only or containing Ti as a main component; evaporating the binder by heating the implant material; and causing the necking of the bead particles by heating the implant material again.
