PURPOSE: A rotary slant shaft type gas compressor with multi-stage exhaust system is provided to selectively exhaust gas, compressed in a cylinder bore, in connection with outside pressure, instead of exhausting at once. CONSTITUTION: A compressor includes a driving shaft(10); a gas guide member(20); a case head member(30); a valve plate member(50); a cylinder block(60); a swash plate member(80); a case end plate(3); and a case(1). The driving shaft has a cylinder head(13) integrally formed perpendicularly to a direction thereof and having a plurality of gas holes(14) formed on a concentric circle at fixed intervals. The gas guide member has an intake manifold taking in gas from outside and an exhaust manifold discharging gas compressed in a cylinder bore(61) to outside. The case head member supports the driving shaft rotatably and has at least one intake port, supplying gas taken in through the intake manifold into the cylinder bore, and at least two exhaust ports, discharging gas compressed in the cylinder bore to the exhaust manifold. The valve plate member is fixed to an inside surface of the case head member and attached to an outside surface of the rotary cylinder head and has a gas intake valve groove, supplying gas taken in from the intake port into the cylinder bore, and at least two gas exhaust valve groove, discharging gas compressed in the cylinder bore to the exhaust ports. The cylinder block has a plurality of cylinder bores formed parallel with the driving shaft, and one side surface integrally joined to the cylinder head and the other side surface having pistons(64) slidably inserted into the cylinder bores to compress gas taken into the cylinder bores.
