PURPOSE: A method for registration and issuing of electronic money and management of an account using a wire/radio telephone is provided to promote the activation of services by enabling a user to receive the user's account by phone, by enabling the user to charge the account using wire/wireless phone or electronic money, and by enabling the user to easily use services. CONSTITUTION: A user connects to a 700 ARS(Automatic Response Service) system by wire/wireless telephone(S300). An information comment is transmitted to the user(S302). The user receives a member ID(S304). The member ID inputted from the user is confirmed(S306). The user inputs the user's password(S308). The password inputted from the user is confirmed(S310). A telephone number is automatically checked(S312). After the user receives an information comment for inputting necessary amount of money and receives amount of money to be reserved(S314). The amount of money is confirmed(S316). The money is deposited to a cyber account(S318). Contents of the account normally processed(S320).
