PURPOSE: A rotating and forward/backward moving electric car power collecting apparatus is provided to readily check and repair and improve repair efficiency and repair quality. CONSTITUTION: A rotating and forward/backward moving electric car power collecting apparatus a roller(120), a roller base(121), a cylinder(119), a motor(115), a shaft(114), a decelerator(113) and a brake(116). The roller base(121) has a vertical column(122) connected to the cylinder(119) in a perpendicular direction. The cylinder(119) is arranged over the roller(120) and coupled to a side of a bottom(118-a) of a support(118) by a driving bolt(119-a) for moving forward/backward and to the vertical column(122) on the roller base(121) by a supporting bolt(119-b). The motor(115), the shaft(114) and the decelerator(113) are arranged vertically upward on the top of the base(117) over the bottom(118-a). The brake(116) is arranged at the rear of the motor(115). A circular roller(110) for rotating a collecting apparatus base(107) and a support(111) for supporting the roller(110) are arranged on the support(118).
