PURPOSE: An auxiliary steering wheel of a vehicle is provided to easily combine a steering wheel body and a plate with a head lining and to prevent the exposure of a bolt when the handle body is used. CONSTITUTION: An auxiliary steering wheel of a vehicle comprises a plate(100) fixed on a head lining via a bolt(B) and a nut, a steering wheel body(200) rotatably combined onto the plate via a hinge shaft(300), a torsion spring(400) interposed to the combined portion of the steering wheel body and the plate, a cover(500) rotatably combined onto the plate to prevent the exposure of the bolt, and a stopper unit(600) prepared on the steering wheel body and the cover to temporarily prevent the rotation of the steering wheel body via the torsion spring. Since the bolt connection of the plate is exposed, the plate is easily connected to the head lining. Thereafter, the cover is combined with the plate. Thus, the steering wheel body is stuck to the head lining by the elasticity of the torsion spring.
