PURPOSE: A power supply device is provided to improve power capacity of a data input buffer by sharing a main power supply portion and a power supply portion for output driver. CONSTITUTION: A main power supply portion(10) is used for supplying a supply voltage and a ground voltage to a control logic and an input buffer of an inside of a memory. A power supply portion(20) for output driver is activated by an external power in a data outputting process. The power supply portion(20) for output driver is used for supplying the supply voltage and the ground voltage. A switching portion(30) is connected between each power supply input stage and each ground voltage input stage of the main power supply portion(10) and the power supply portion(20) for output driver. A control signal generation portion(40) is connected with a front stage of the switching portion(30). The control signal generation portion(40) generates a control signal for controlling a witching operation of the switching portion(30).
