PURPOSE: A heat exchanger of outdoor unit of air conditioner is provided to improve efficiency by improving distance between radiating members joined to a refrigerant pipe. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of radiating members(58b) are joined on a surface of a heat exchanger to improve efficiency of heat transfer by expanding area contacting with outdoor air. Pitches between the radiating members are formed differently according to flow of intake air by each intake opening through which outdoor air is taken in. Pitches between the radiating members placed on a side of a cabinet are formed relatively smaller than pitches between the radiating members placed on a back of the cabinet to prevent deterioration of efficiency of heat exchange due to smaller flow of outdoor air taken in through the side of the cabinet.
