PURPOSE: A system and a method for offering and intermediating employment/job-seeking information are provided to maximize the convenience of an employer and a job-seeker by offering and intermediating employment/job-seeking information to information transmitters and receivers of various platforms. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises an employment information receiving unit receiving the employment information provided from employers, processing the data, and storing the data in an employment data, a job-seeking information receiving unit receiving job-seeking information from job-seekers and storing the data after processing, a data matching module(170) extracting matching data satisfying a matching condition by comparing the employment data with the job-seeking data, and a customized information distributing and intermediating unit offering customized information to the employers and job-seekers and intermediating the employers with the job-seekers. At least one of the employment information receiving unit and the job-seeking information receiving unit includes a web server(120), a mail server(130), an IVR(Interactive Voice Response) server(160), an SMS(Short Message Service) server(140), and an FMS(Facsimile Management System) server(150).
