PURPOSE: Provided are an adhesive sheet capable of temporarily fixing an even relatively heavy article such as cellular phone irrespective of the quality of the material, and a method for making the same. CONSTITUTION: The adhesive sheet is prepared by the steps of (i) blending a rubber, a resin and process oil as a tackifying agent; (ii) heating the blend in vacuum blender with stirring to form semi-liquid; (iii) applying the semi-liquefied blend with uniform thickness on both sides of paper(8) (wherein, desired design is printed on the at least one of the sides) to form the first and the second adhesive layers(6,10) respectively; and (iv) adhering the first and second film(2,4) treated with releasing agent to the both sides of the adhesive layers.
