PURPOSE: A device for automatically returning knife of automatic applicator for thin film is provided to sense rotation of knife due to frictional resistance with release paper and automatically return a knife to initially set position. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises an encoder(10) for detecting rotation angle of knife if the knife rotates due to frictional resistance with release paper, which is fixed on either side of knife; a spur gear(11) fixed on other side of knife; a motor(12) which drives according to control of micom; a driving gear(14) which is fixed on motor axis so as to rotate according to driving of the motor; and a brake(15) which is positioned in the motor, and which forwardly idles motor axis under normal state and reversely rotates the motor axis only when the motor is driven. |
