PURPOSE: An integrated embedded system and an implementing method thereof are provided to make a program with an upper level language using a simple grammar needless of the professional knowledge for hardware and effortful time and to easily realize the part depending on hardware by calling a desired function provided as a library. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a PC(100) constructing an integrated development environment, converting the program inputted by a program designer into the assembly code and transmitting the assembly code, a target board(200) storing the program transmitted from the PC and executing the program, and an exclusive communication cable connecting the PC with the target board and transceiving the data between the PC and the target board. The PC includes a user interface(110) to make a program, an editor(120) constructing the integrated development environment linking with respective development tools in order to easily realize the program development by constructing the development tools into one environment, a complier(130) translating the source program into the assembly language of HEX format, and a downloader(140) storing the HEX file as an objective program in an internal buffer and transmitting to the target board.
