PURPOSE: A system and a method for searching a record of Baduk are provided to enable a user to replay a Baduk game by searching the record of Baduk having a specific pattern from the databased Baduk records. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a user request input and search result output module, a Baduk record database, a Baduk record search module and a pre-searched result database. The user request input and search result output module has a function to receive a request from a user and to transmit the search result to the user. The Baduk record database stores the information for respective Baduk record. The Baduk record search module searches the Baduk record by comparing the search pattern requested by the user with the Baduk records in the Baduk record database. The pre-searched result database is selectively used to enhance the search speed and compares the search pattern requested by the user with the pattern stored in the pre-searched result database before searching the Baduk record database.
