PURPOSE: A golf game method and game apparatus are provided to enable everyone to easily contact and enjoy a golf game as well as to maximize the effect of exercise, thus achieving the popularization of golf. CONSTITUTION: The golf game method is divided into a hit game method and a hole in one game method, which are able to be performed separately or simultaneously. According to the hit game method, if one person or plural people accurately shoot a golf ball into a target located at the front side, a corresponding sound and grade is checked. Also, according to the hole in one game method, if a golfer shoots the golf ball toward a hole cup of a target disk tightly contacting on the ground at the front side, the grade is checked according to the position of the golf ball adjacent to the hole cup.
