PURPOSE: A safety device of scroll compressor is provided to reduce man-hours for manufacturing the compressor by integrating a high vacuum preventive device and an abnormal high pressure preventive device. CONSTITUTION: A sliding passage(12) is formed in a fixed scroll(4). A first and a second balance masses(13,14) are slidably placed on an inside of the sliding passage at an interval. A first, a second and a third springs(15,15',15'') are installed behind the first and the second balance masses and between the first and the second balance masses to elastically support the first and the second balance masses. A first and a second high pressure refrigerant inflow holes(16,17) are formed above the sliding passage at an interval to be fluidically connected with a high pressure part(5). A middle pressure inflow hole(18) fluidically connected with a middle pressure part and a first and a second high pressure refrigerant discharge holes(20,21) connected with a bypass hole(19) fluidically connected with a low pressure part(5') are formed under the sliding passage at intervals. Refrigerant in the high pressure part is passed to the low pressure part through the sliding passage, when high vacuum occurs in the low pressure part or abnormal pressure occurs in the high pressure part.
