PURPOSE: An ECU(Electronic Control Unit) monitoring/matching system is provided to test the ECU by simply changing a RAM data so that the change of a ROM is needless. CONSTITUTION: A system for monitoring/matching an ECU(Electronic Control Unit) by control of a computer(30) comprises an ECU(20) including a micro processor inputting/outputting a data to/from the computer, a RAM(3) writing or reading a test data of the ECU at the outside of the ECU, a flash ROM(2) which a control program and a communication protocol is in, transmits/receives the RAM data to/from the ECU, and reads and processes the matched RAM data, a connector(1) interfacing the micro processor, the RAM and the flash ROM, and a communicating part(6) interfacing the computer with the ECU through the connector.
