Preparation of a natural food supplement which vitalizes and moderates the ageing process by a two-stage process of mixing and heating fruit and vegetable powders so that the fruit and vegetable particles are micro-encapsulated by the oil released during heating. The process, which takes 20 minutes is carried out in a counter threaded GONDARD (RTM) mixer with capacity up to 2 m<3>. In the first stage 0.5 wt.% of partially de-oiled amazonia nut (Bertholletia excelsa), papaya and tomato are mixed for 5 minutes to give a pre-mix. In the second stage, the pre-mix and the rest of the partially de-oiled amazonia nut are mixed for 15 minutes. The mixed and homogenized powders are then packaged in packaging impervious to oxygen.
