PURPOSE: A method and a system for managing the exercise of a health club member are provided to provide the exercise information suitable to a member through a display connecting to a server by databasing the activity of user though a member detector detecting a supplied electronic card of each member. CONSTITUTION: At the time for starting the exercise, a member card issued to the member is contacted to a member detector(20) of each exercise instrument(10). If the member is a registered member, the information of exercise instrument and starting time is transferred to a server(50), and the server transfers the exercise information needed to the member on a display(40) of exercise instrument. After starting exercise, the exercise quantity information is collected by a sensor(30) attached to the exercise instrument and is transferred to the server through the member detector. The server stores the exercise information in a DB and provides the new exercise information to the member by reprocessing the exercise information. |
