PURPOSE: A method and a system for intermediating information using a communication network are provided to transfer the information provided from plural experts to an information user wanting the specific information by using the data communication network. CONSTITUTION: The information intermediation system comprises a total information management DB(50) including an information provider DB(50b) storing the information for plural information providers by classifying into the specific number of grades and a main server(40) receiving a question from the information user connecting through the data communication network and the grade of information provider desired by the information user wanting an answer, informing plural information providers of the question of information user and transferring the answer of information provider belonged to the grade desired by the information user after receiving the answers for the question from plural information providers.
