PURPOSE: A fixing structure of an outside mirror for a vehicle is provided to perform easily an angle control of a housing having a mirror and to secure stably a field of a backward view by preventing a rotation of the housing when running the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A fixing structure of an outside mirror comprises a stay(100), a housing(200) and a clamp(310). One end of the stay(100) is installed at a body panel or a left/right side door of a vehicle, and a ball(110) is formed at the other end of the stay(100). A mirror(210) is installed at a front side of the housing(200), and a lower inside of the housing(200) is coupled rotatably at the ball(110) of the stay(100). The clamp(310) is installed at an opposite side to a supporting portion(220) of the housing(200), contacted to one side of the ball(110) and coupled at the housing(200) by a bolt and a nut. An air inlet hole is formed at the front side of the clamp(310) to guide a portion of a running wind to ball(110). A torque variable member(300) is provided to vary a rotating torque between the ball(110) of the stay(100) and the housing(200). The torque variable member is composed of a slider and a spring.
