PURPOSE: A zero-discharge animal waste treatment system is provided to produce solid fertilizer, liquid fertilizer and drinkable water without discharge of waste. CONSTITUTION: The treatment system produces solid and liquid fertilizers, and drinkable water from animal waste without discharge. The solid fertilizer is produced by adding fibrous materials(rice hull, saw dust) and zeolite to the solid of waste to be water content less than 80%, and fermenting by aerobic microbes. The liquid fertilizer is produced by adding zeolite and ozone gas to the liquid(urine) for the first sterilization, supplying amino acid, being activated by an equipment decomposing and activating amino acid, and O3 gas to the sterilized urine to remove dissolved organics. The drinkable water is produced by supplying O3 gas to the produced liquid for the second sterilization, and filtering. |
