PURPOSE: A method for providing a moving image/still photograph using the Internet is provided to offer the moving image or desired still photograph as a digital file format through the Internet by transmitting the image information to the service providing web with a video telephone without a step that a user directly records the image with a camcorder and digital camera of high price. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a user video telephone(10) to transmit the image information to the service providing web, the service providing web(20) providing the moving image/still photograph to the user after processing the transmitted image information, a user terminal(30) receiving the moving image or still photograph sample as the digital file format from the service providing web, and a wireless telephone network(40) and Internet communication network(50) connecting to the components each other. The service providing web comprises a control part(21), a database(22), an output part(23) and a communication part(24). The database systematically stores the image information transmitted from the user, the bibliographic item of user and the processed moving image and still photograph.
