PURPOSE: A cabin filter for car having four layers is provided which has superior filtering and deodorizing functions by laying an intermediate web layer between a substrate layer and a fine fiber layer, and laying up an activated carbon fiber layer on the fine fiber layer, and a method for manufacturing the cabin filter for car is provided. CONSTITUTION: The cabin filter for car is characterized in that an activated carbon fiber layer(4) consisting of activated carbon fiber, a fine fiber layer(3) consisting of fine fiber of 1.0 denier or less, a web layer(2) consisting of fiber of 1 to 15 deniers and a substrate layer(1) are sequentially laid-up, wherein the fine fiber layer(3), web layer(2) and substrate layer(1) are integrally bonded by cohesion of fibers forming the fine fiber layer(3), web layer(2) and substrate layer(1). The method for manufacturing the cabin filter for car comprises the steps of sequentially laying up a substrate layer(1) selected from non-woven fabric, fabric, mesh or scrim, a web layer(2) consisting of fiber of 1 to 5 deniers, and a fine fiber layer(3) consisting of fine fiber of 1.0 denier or less; and spraying high pressure water onto the laid-up material, and laying up an activated carbon fiber layer(4) on the high pressure water sprayed material.
