PURPOSE: A blinder apparatus able to move in any directions is provided to freely vary the direction of blinder used in house and/or office by making direction of the blinder apparatus to be controlled along to direction of sunlight. CONSTITUTION: The blinder apparatus(100) comprises a case, a second moving part(270) located on both inner sides of the case and moving in right and left directions; plural guide components(300) not to loose a first and a second joints(720,730); a plurality of first moving parts(200) positioned inside the second moving part(270) and moving in right and left directions; multiple coupling parts(600) connected with the second moving part(270) and moving together with the part(270); rotating devices(700,760) to control the blinder apparatus(100); a blinder component moving in right and left directions; a plurality of connection parts(260); and a rotating part(750) to apply rotation force to the blinder component coupled to the first and the second moving parts(200,270) to pivotally rotate in right and left directions.
