DEVICE FOR CORRECTING SERPENTINE OF POWER TRANSMISSION BELT

PURPOSE: A device for correcting the serpentine motion of a power transmission belt is provided to correct a serpentine motion by downward pulling a pulley with intake air. CONSTITUTION: A power transmission belt(5) transmits power to a driven pulley of a driven unit from a drive pulley of a drive unit. Sensors are installed on both upper portion of the driven pulley to sense the serpentine motion of the belt. An operator(10) operated by the signals outputted from the sensors is prepared. A duct(20) having a suction fan(21) is included. A serpentine motion adjuster(30) having a hood(31) is installed on the upper end of the duct. A serpentine motion is corrected by using the suction force generated from the suction fan.
