PURPOSE: An outside mirror control apparatus is provided to perform stably a control of an outside mirror as well as to prevent a damage of a cover due to an impact by rotating and controlling a controller by elasticity of a spring member. CONSTITUTION: An outside mirror control apparatus comprises a case(100), a controller(200), upper and lower covers(300,400), a plate spring(500) and a knob(600). The case(100) is installed detachably at a door panel. The controller(200) is installed at a front one side of the case(100) to rotate in a certain angle range. An arm(210) is formed and extended from a center side of the controller(20) to pass through a door trim. The upper and the covers(300,400) are coupled at the door trim. The plate spring(500) is placed into a space formed by the upper and the lower covers(300,400). The knob(600) is coupled at the arm(210) of the controller(200).
