PURPOSE: A method for personal advertisement on a large electric sign is provided to make a client or an advertiser of a small company use a large electric sign at a low cost in a short time and easily register an advertisement by using the Internet, a cellular phone, or a PDA(Personal Digital Assistant). CONSTITUTION: An advertiser using the Internet connects to an advertisement providing server(110) through the Internet and registers an advertisement. A client(101) using a wireless terminal connects to the server via a mobile communication network and registers an advertisement. The server includes a member DB(Database)(111) storing the personal information of members, an advertisement DB(112) storing image files, moving picture image files and text files, and an editor(113) reviewing and editing the registered advertisement. The server transmits the advertisement data with control information to an artificial satellite(160), a mobile communication switching system(120), and an exclusive line network(170). Information is directly transmitted to an advertising device(150) via the artificial satellite or the exclusive line network, or transmitted to the advertising device via a base station(140).
