PURPOSE: A structure for supporting crank shaft of scroll compressor is provided to reduce manufacturing cost by supporting a lower end of the crank shaft with a simple structure. CONSTITUTION: A lower end of a crank shaft(24) is supported by a shaft supportive body(30) fixed on a bottom of an inside of a hermetic vessel(21). The shaft supportive body comprises a body part(31); a side supportive bush(32); and a supportive plate(33). The body part is cylindrical and fixed on he bottom of the inside of the hermetic vessel. The side supportive bush is inserted into an upper part of an inside of the body part to support a side of the lower end of the crank shaft. The supportive plate is fixed on the inside of the body part to support a lower surface of the crank shaft.
