Several parallel rod elements (14) are packed tight in a packing (13) and enclosed in a wrapper (15) for insertion in housing (11). Housing and/or wrapper are transparent and the housing has an inward collar (11a) all round, opposed by a collared (12) ring (12a) notching home into the housing. The rods come in different colors and the housing has an endface setdown foot (16). The rods can be protruded from the pack optionally to give opted end shapes.
