The arrangement includes a heat swapper (14) arranged in a cooling water circulation of a combustion engine and traversed by an air stream, and an additional electric heating (20) traversed by that same air stream. The electric heating is structurally integrated in the heat swapper, comprising preferably a number of electric heating rods (27) arranged between parallel water channels (23) extending over the air guide surface (141) of the heat swapper.
