The present invention to amino acid sequences of proteins with apoptosis and the use of these proteins in the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of disorders associated with abnormal cell proliferation and apoptosis. The invention relates as well to nucleotide sequences encoding the peptides, recombinant vectors carrying the sequeneces, recombinant host cells including either the sequences or vectors, and recombinant peptides. The invention further includes methods for using the nucleotide sequences and recombinant peptides in diagnostic and therapeutic applications. |
