A force transmission part (22) provided with vanes is placed on a cylindrical rod (20). The part is formed from three vanes connected at their ends and a pair of star shaped elements which connect the vanes. The part allows the rod to transmit to webs (24) supported on its ends a radial force applied to the rod center by an activator, while minimizing the mass for a given gap of the webs. |
