PURPOSE: An Internet phone communication system is provided to secure a sufficient bandwidth in case of connecting a plurality of Internet phones without having influence on the security policy of a digital communication network by applying a PNA(Phone Network Alliance) having a hub function and forming a dedicated network for a separate telephone conversation. CONSTITUTION: PNAs(P1-P4) connect to an Internet network through a router(RT2) and a switching hub(HB2) and form the first channel for a voice call with an other Internet phone(IP8), and connect to a PSTN(Public Switched Telephone Network) and form the second channel for a voice call with a general telephone. The PNAs(P1-P4) form a separate voice call network with a digital communication network. A plurality of Internet phones(IP5-IP7) connect to the PNAs(P1-P4), and perform the voice call with the other Internet phone(IP8) through the Internet network and the voice call with the general telephone through the PSTN.
