NOISE REDUCTION COOLING FAN FOR MOTOR VEHICLE

摘要

PURPOSE: A noise reduction cooling fan for motor vehicle is provided to reduce noise by interfering the phase of noise generated at the end of blade and attaching a sound absorbing member to the front and rear surfaces of the blade. CONSTITUTION: A blade(11) of a cooling fan is fixed in a predetermined direction to a central rotating shaft(12). The blade has a fluid flow curve(13) formed at the front surface of the blade so as to reduce noise by guiding flow of fluid and adjusting the thickness of turbulent flow boundary layer, and a sound absorbing member(14) attached to the front and rear surfaces of the blade. The blade has a teeth-shaped side surface formed in the direction same as the rotating direction of the blade, so as to reduce noise by interfering the phase of noise generated at the end of the blade.
