DETERMINATION OF NAALADASE INHIBITORS

The invention relates to a method for determining inhibitors of the enzyme N-acetyl-alpha-linked acidic dipeptidase (NAALADase). According to said method, the enzymatic transformation of a substrate that is radioactively marked on the C-terminal glutamate radical is determined by its bonding to fluo beads. The invention also relates to novel enzyme substrates and to their use in said method.
