The mudguard (14) has a releasable fastener to fix it near the fork. The fastener has at least one expander element, which is pushed into one of the fork tubes and clamped in it. A slide element connected to the expander element is pushed into a groove or rail on the mudguard and removably locked in end position. The slide element has at least one lock unit on the underside, to act with lock elements on the mudguard.
