The device has a hood screen (1) with suction blower (15), filters (4), and light. The screen is a convex hollow plate (14), fastened along its lower end, and projecting forward and upward into the room. The lower plate edge is fastened together with the underside of the extractor channel (2). The channel contains the blower and opens into the suction area of the hood screen. Cassette filters located in the curved underside of the screen have detachable air-permeable covers (5).
