<p>Several electric stimulation data sequences, for several channels of a stimulator (2) are composed, in the principal window (4) of the graphical user interface of the computer system (1), by means of icons in a window library of unitary blocks . The data sequences are placed one after the other for transfer to a read/write device for recording into a memory support (8). Method of programming electric stimulation data for a neuro-muscular stimulator (2) in a system which includes a computer (1) containing stimulation data program management, a graphical user interface (GUI) (4) and a read/write device in communication with the computer and a least a memory placed in the read/write device. The method includes the following stages: (a) compose a sequence of electric stimulation data with the unitary blocks of stimulation functions for at least a channel of the stimulator (2) by successive placement in a principal window (4) of the GUI icons each representative of the function of a corresponding unitary block. The icons are taken from a window of a unitary block library of simulation functions and with configuration data being applied to some of the unitary blocks placed in the sequence; translate in the central processor the data sequence composed of unitary blocks configured in a coded stimulation data sequence , in which each unitary block of configured functions is defined by at least a specific identification number; transfer the sequence of data to the read/write unit, and; control the recording of the coded stimulation data onto the memory support (8).</p> |
