PURPOSE: Provided are a method for preparing seed polymer particles for pore microsphere adhesive, which can improve the fluidity and adhesion of articles, and use of the seed polymer particles. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises seeded suspension polymerizing 3.00-4.00 wt.% of monomer selected from vinyl and alkyl acrylate having alkyl group of C4-C14, 0-1.00 wt.% of ionic comonomer selected from acrylic acid and maleic acid, 0.01-0.05 wt.% of initiator selected from azobisisobutyronitrile(AIBN) and benzoyl peroxide(BPO), 1.00-3.00 wt.% of suspension stabilizer and 91.00-95.00 wt.% of distilled water at 60-70 deg.C with stirring of 200-600 rpm.
