The housing has an air channel (1) with cooler unit (3), a heater channel (4) with heater (7,8), and two outlet zones (9,10). It also has flow guide elements (33) for controlled feed of variable volumes of an air flow (2b) or similar heating medium flow coming from the heating channel, to the first and/or second outlet zone. The heating channel is enclosed by a bypass channel (5), which opens into the air channel downstream of the cooling unit, and into the first outlet zone.
