摘要 |
PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a stainless steel with high clarity by inhibiting the generation of TiN during stainless steel refining in ladle is provided. CONSTITUTION: The method is characterized in that prior to tapping, Si concentration is regulated below 0.1 wt.% and N concentration is regulated below 0.003 to 0.06 wt.% at final refining stage in AOD, wherein C+N is less than 160 ppm; Ti concentration is regulated within 0.15 to 0.25 wt.% in ladle refining; and final nitrogen concentration right before solidification during continuous casting is regulated below 0.0010 wt.% to depress the generation of titanium nitrides in molten steel.
