Installation for deep-freeze by cryogenization of consumable beverages, such as milk, coffee and tea in the form of granules different in size and shape comprises a storage deposit for liquid working with an impulse pump and heat exchanger in which the liquid is refrigerated and passed to a deposit, from which it is impulse-pumped to the upper part of a cryogenization machine. From the machine it is conducted by a tube to the interior of the machine in which is a vacuum tank, an injector carrier which impulses the drops of liquid falling by gravity into a deposit of nitrogen in which they are deep-frozen in the form of granules, which move away towards a conveyor belt, which transfers them to a packing zone. |
