摘要 PURPOSE: An apparatus for separating bearings from roll chocks is provided which automatically and simply dismantles roll bearings installed at the roll chocks without manual work of a worker so as to rotate at a high speed back up rolls supporting work rolls performing rolling of a material to be processed in a cold rolling line. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for separating bearings from roll chocks comprises a base part(20) which is consisted of a moving frame(22) movably installed at the upper side of the chocks(12) transferred by a transfer car and a connection plate(28) connected to the lower part of a first cylinder(24) vertically installed at the lower side of the moving frame(22) by installing guide bars(26) between the first cylinder(24) and the connection plate(28) so that the base part(20) is moved up and down during operation of the cylinder; a bearing hitting part(40) consisting of a rotation plate(46) which is installed at the lower part of the connection plate(28) so that the rotation plate(46) is driven by a motor(44) by interposing the bearings between the rotation plate(46) and a fixing bolt(42) penetrating the center of the bearings and a hitting plate(48) connected to the lower side of the bearing hitting part(40) by the fixing bolt(42) so that each of the plates are separated or closely adhered during driving of the motor, thereby hitting the bearings(10); and a fetching part which is connected to the lower side of the hitting plate(48) by bolts(62) with springs(62a) being inserted into the bolts(62) and consisted of a second cylinder(66) installed at the bottom pat of a guide plate(64) fixed to the connection plate(28) by a case(64a) at the surroundings of the fetching part and fetching plates(76) link connected to the outer side of guide rings(72) that are connected to the upper and lower sides of the spring(70) with a spring(70) inserted into a fixing bolt(68) screw connected to the second cylinder(66) so that the fetching plates(76) are moved in straight line along the bottom part of the guide plate(64), thereby being engaged with the bearings(10).
