HEATING TUBE OF GAS SCRUBBER

摘要

PURPOSE: A heating tube of a gas scrubber is provided to lengthen a lifetime of the heating tube of the gas scrubber under a high temperature and reduce a fabricating cost of the heating tube of the gas scrubber by improving a structure of the heating tube of the gas scrubber. CONSTITUTION: An intake(12) is used for receiving a used gas. The intake(12) and an outlet(14) are formed in a case(10). A heating tube(20) is installed in the case(10). The heating tube(20) is used for supplying the used gas into an inside of the case(10). A heater(30) is installed between the heating tube(20) and the case(10). The heater(30) is used for performing a thermal oxidation process for the used gas supplied to the heating tube(20). The heating tube(20) is formed by an alloy material including Ni of 65.0 to 80.0 weight percents, Cr of 6.0 to 15.0 weight percents, and Mo of 1.5 to 25.0 weight percents.
