1381190 Foamed polyisocyanurates BAYER AG 29 June 1972 [2 July 1971] 30420/72 Addition to 1357621 Heading C3C Foamed resins containing isocyanurate groups are made by polymerizing a mixture of at least one organic polyisocyanate, at least one isocyanate polymerization catalyst, a blowing agent, at least one aryl phosphate and/or phosphite, which may be substituted, and red phosphorus, as flame retardants. The phosphite or phosphate may be a triphenyl phosphite and/or phosphate, diphenylcresyl phosphate, tris- (chloro-phenyl) phosphate or tris-2,4-dichlorophenyl-phosphate. The polyisocyanate may be a polyphenyl-polymethylene polyisocyanate. |
